- Singles & match information you provide when registering a single or suggesting a match (e.g., name, age, contact details, background, and preferences).
- Contact information you submit through our contact form, coaching requests, or by email and phone.
- Donation information processed securely by our third-party payment provider (we do not store full payment card details).
- Usage data such as basic, non-identifying analytics about how our website and app are used.
How we use your information
- To facilitate introductions and matchmaking in a respectful and dignified manner.
- To share relevant information with our trusted shadchanim and team strictly for the purpose of making a match.
- To respond to your questions and connect you with coaching and resources.
- To process donations and send acknowledgments.
How we share information
Matchmaking is built on trust and discretion. We share personal details only with the people directly involved in considering a match, and with the shadchanim and staff who facilitate it. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers (such as payment and form processors) who help us operate, and when required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information entrusted to us. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request that we update or remove your information, or withdraw a single or match suggestion, at any time by contacting us.
